AIG Outrage
As all the politicians are throwing up their hands and shouting about the outrage of AIG paying bonuses to employees, I ask you where the outrage is with regards to congress? That’s the real outrage. The fact that these bozos couldn’t run the corner grocery store let alone anything else…including our government.
Didn’t they bother to review the business and put in place any parameters for the billions of OUR dollars that they handed over? That’s right people, it’s your money. When will congress or any president get that? The money that the government uses for these follies will ultimately come out of your paycheck.
If you think you are immune from the massive tax increases that are on the way, think again. If the government confiscated every dollar from those ‘rich’ Americans that earn either 200k or 250k per couple, it wouldn’t be enough to cover the vast spending programs that are about to become a reality. That includes all of the new initiatives that Obama keeps speaking about…and how we can’t ‘afford’ not to do them. What does that mean to the average taxpayer? Get ready to pay up since you’ll all be considered rich in the next 24 months as these bills need to get paid.
Here’s a question to ask your local congressman or senator. How the hell do you expect us to believe you can run health care, or as we see with our public schools, anything else, when you can’t manage a bailout of a single company and the bonuses they pay????????
